Caparo India's stamping operations are currently based out of 11 plants with 3 new plants under construction. Most of these facilities have been set up close to the site of major OEMs - a critical strategic advantage in this business.

Caparo India's facility in Greater Noida, primarily services Honda Siel while the Pithampur plant is dedicated largely to Eicher Motors and Force Man. Halol has been set up mainly for General Motors and the Gurgaon and Bawal facilities service Maruti. The plants in Pune and Jamshedpur were acquired in January 2007 and are critical to developing business with Tata Motors.
