Mr Pravin Shah is a Non-Executive Director of Caparo Engineering India Limited. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) by profession with over 4 decades of experience having held various leadership positions with the Mahindra Group of Companies. Currently, he is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Meru Mobility Technology Private limited (acquired by Mahindra Group).
Prior to this role, he played a key role as a Senior Advisor and earlier was designated as the President & Chief Executive (Automotive) and Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra &. Mahindra limited (M&M). In his leadership roles, he has handled key responsibilities for M&M Automotive (Domestic & International), Mahindra Electric Company Ltd. responsible for Strategy Formulation & Execution new launches and end-to-end business operations.
Mr Pravin Shah was associated with SIAM (Society or Indian Automobile Manufacturers) in different capacities. He
is a member of the SIAM Executive Committee and the Chairperson of the SIAM Exports Group. Pravin participated in discussions held by Engineering Export Promotion Council, Confederation of Indian Industry and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry. Mr. Deepak Kumar Sethi has got over 40 years’ work experience, primarily in Automobile sector. He has worked with Maruti Suzuki from India Limited for over 38 years from 1984 to 2022. At Maruti Suzuki he has worked primarily in areas of Vendor Development/ Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality.
He started in 1984 as a member of initial Vendor Development team and was involved in setting up of Maruti’s vendor base. While heading different departments/ divisions in Vendor Development, he worked on driving localization, product development, cost improvement and enhancing vendor capability.
At Maruti Suzuki he also worked in manufacturing for about 9 years. In 2006, as a vehicle plant head, he focused on lean operations. From 2011 to 2013, he was deputed as wholetime Director of Suzuki Powertrain India Limited which manufactured Diesel Engines, Transmissions and 2W engines (Company was subsequently amalgamated with Maruti Suzuki).
From 2014 to 2017, he headed Supply Chain Vertical of Maruti Suzuki as Executive Director (Supply Chain).
From 2014 onwards he also served on boards of 3 Maruti Suzuki Joint vendors – Plastic Omnium Pvt.Ltd, Nippon Thermostat India Ltd, SKH Metals Ltd.
From 2017 to 2020 he headed Quality Vertical as Executive Director (Quality Assurance).
Post superannuation, he worked as Executive Advisor at Maruti Suzuki till 2022.
He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from Delhi College of Engineering (1975-80) and Post Graduate from IIM, Ahmedabad (1982-84).
Ms Deepa Gopalan Wadhwa has been a career diplomat who joined the Indian Foreign Service (IFS) in 1979 and retired in December 2015.
She has served as Ambassador of India to Japan (2012-2015), Qatar (2009-2012) and Sweden (2005-2009). She was concurrently accredited as Ambassador to Latvia (from Stockholm), and Republic of the Marshall Islands (from Tokyo). During her career, she has also held other significant assignments in Geneva, Hongkong, China, The Netherlands, the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Ministry of External Affairs.
In the course of her career spanning over 36 years, she has handled a wide swathe of issues and subjects related to India's relations with key countries such as Pakistan, China and Japan, participated in international conferences and negotiations related to climate change, sustainable development, disarmament and human rights and was instrumental in the active promotion of India’s economic interests in areas of Trade, Technology, Investments and Energy security during postings in Europe, the GCC and Japan.
Ms Wadhwa is currently Chairperson of the India- Japan Friendship Forum and is on the Governing Council of the
Institute for Chinese Studies and Asian Confluence based in Shillong. She also serves as independent Director and advisor on the Boards of few companies.
Mr Syed Asif Ibrahim is a former Director, Intelligence Bureau. Having Joined the Indian Police Service in 1977, he has served in several challenging assignments and carries a rich and varied experience in the field of policing and administration.
In his initial years of service, Mr Ibrahim served as the District Superintendent of Police in the dacoit infested areas of Madhya Pradesh. He personally led the operations and was responsible for a number of operational successes, which contributed to the elimination of the dacoity menace.
In 1987, he moved to New Delhi and served in various Ministries in the Government of India including, Railways, Civil Aviation, Tourism and Home Affairs. During the last 30 years, he has held numerous sensitive assignments in the field of counter insurgency and counter terrorism.
Mr Ibrahim has also served as Minister at the High Commission of India, London, during his overseas tenure.
Having held several senior positions pertaining to the gamut of national security, Mr IIbrahim was appointed as the Special Envoy for Counter Terrorism and Extremism (2015-2018), soon after his retirement. As part of this assignment, he liaised with stakeholders in India and abroad on crystalizing counter-radicalization strategies. He has also served on the National Security Advisory Board.

Mr Hemant Luthra is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and attended Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program (AMP).
Mr Luthra started his career at IBM Financial Services Group responsible for the ASEAN region, followed with 18 years as CFO & COO at a leading Paper, Chemicals & Engineering Group. He has also served as the Founding CEO of ING - Barings first India Private Equity Fund as well as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Essar Telecom and pioneered the merger with Hutchison.
During his stint at Mahindra & Mahindra, he was the founding chairman of Mahindra Engineering Services and Aerospace and has helped pioneer the design, engineering and manufacturing of utility aircrafts in India & Australia. In his last assignment with M&M, he was the Executive Chairman or Mahindra CIE (MCIE), an Auto Component Indo-Spanish Joint Venture with the vision of creating an LCC Alternative to the traditional industry leaders In Europe and North America.
Mr Hemant Luthra is the Managing Trustee of Lina Luthra Foundation which was created in the memory or his late wife and has served on the Board of Trustees of “save the Children”. He is an active supporter of SPIC MACAY, a society to preserve and promote a respect for the traditional arts of India amongst the student community.
