As part of GET & MT Programmes, each Graduate Engineer and Management Trainee undergoes a comprehensive development programme for a 12-month period, wherein they undertake rotation projects (3-6 months) and each of them is also assigned a Senior Management Mentor who provides necessary sponsor, support & guidance during the training period. Additionally, they also receive various functional & technical training to build a strong learning foundation. Each of them is involved in day-to-day business processes to provide them practical work exposure.
