Skilling and Mentorship Training Programme Five-Year Batch Schedule

CEIL runs a structured Skilling and Mentorship batch every year at its manufacturing plants in Gurugram (Haryana) and Kanchipuram (Tamil Nadu), open to first-generation exporters, MSME promoters and students of international trade. The schedule for the current five-year cycle is set out below:

Each batch is a minimum 6-week program covering International Trade & Regulatory Framework, Export Documentation & Customs Compliance, Manufacturing & Product Realization, Supply Chain & Logistics, Trade Finance & Compliance, and concludes with Practical Exposure, Assessment & Certification.
Programme Commitments
- Factory/warehouse visits included as part of every batch.
- Knowledge partner collaboration for curriculum delivery.
- Structured interaction with the Company's EXIM / Supply Chain / Logistics Manager for all trainees.
- Certificate of Completion issued to all trainees at the end of the batch.
